Day by Day
Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada
• Day 1: Arrive to Canada Arrive in Calgary and board your connector flight to Kamloops, British Colombia. You will be met at the airport and driven 45 minutes to the quaint village of Sun Peaks, nestled in the Columbia Mountains. After check-in, join us for a wine tasting featuring local Canadian wines. Overnight at Sun Peaks (BC). Dinner Included
• Day 2: Ski Sun Peaks The Sun Peaks ski resort is loved by skiers and snowboarders alike for its long cruising runs, marvellous alpine bowls and un-crowded tree terrain. Today you will be able to have a relaxing day enjoying all of this and much, much more. Overnight at Sun Peaks (BC). Breakfast and Dinner Included
Skiing in Canada
• Day 3: Cat Skiing experience day Today there is an early morning transfer to the spectacular Monashee mountain range south of Sun Peaks. Today we will experience Cat skiing in an area that covers 30,000 acres on two mountain faces. A variety of treed, steep, open bowls and long cruising runs that average 1500 vertical feet. Overnight at Revelstoke (BC). Breakfast, Pic-Nic and Dinner Included
• Day 4: Ski Revelstoke Today it is back to resort skiing. We will be spending the day at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. A resort that receives an average snowfall of 12-18 metres. Its lifts rise 1713 vertical metre and it boasts the longest vertical descent in North America. Overnight at Revelstoke or Golden (Weather dependent) (BC). Breakfast and Dinner Included
• Day 5: Snow mobile experience day After 3 full days of skiing it is time to exchange your skis for a snow mobile! The day will be spent on a high-speed adventure through the backcountry of the Canadian Rockies. The adventure will take you through pristine wilderness, though open powder bowls and past some spectacular wildlife viewing areas that are only reachable by snow mobiles. Tours include experienced guides, snowmobile suits, helmets and boots, lunch and other necessary equipment. Overnight at Golden (BC). Breakfast, Pic-Nic and Dinner Included
• Day 6: Ski Kicking Horse After your adrenalin packed, speed adventure yesterday it is now back to the slopes. Today will be spent at Kicking Horse Resort located in the Selkirk Mountains. It offers the forth highest vertical drop in North America. Annual snowfall ranges from 254cm at the bottom of the mountain to over 700cm at the summit. The resort is known for the light, dry snow dubbed Champagne Powder. Overnight at Golden (BC). Breakfast and Dinner Included
• Day 7: Heli Ski experience day A day like no other! Today we will experience the ultimate skiing/boarding thrill. We will be heli-skiing with Purcell Helicopter Skiing a small company with over 30 years of experience. They are known for providing their guests with the highest quality of service. Rather then encouraging vertical records, their aim is to offer a thrilling but comfortable skiing/boarding adventure at a relaxed pace. At the end of the day we will drive to the small town of Banff to spend the night in the “Castle in the Rockies”; the famous Banff Springs Hotel. Overnight at Banff (BC). Breakfast, Pic-Nic and Dinner Included
• Day 8: Option day, Ski Lake Louise or Sunshine or visit Banff National Park
An optional day, with many options to choose from. The options are endless. You can choose to have one last day of skiing at either Sunshine Village or Lake Louise or spend the day relaxing in the world famous Willow Stream Spa at the hotel. Or how about a day of sightseeing with a guided tour of Banff National Park a World UNESCO site. Or would you like to mush a dog sled along the edge of a frozen lake. What ever you choose you won’t be disappointed, your last day in the Canadian Rockies will be memorable. Overnight at Banff (BC). Breakfast, Pic-Nic and Dinner Included
• Day 9: Transfer to Calgary Airport - Return to home Today you will be transferred to the Calgary airport for your flight back home or whatever destination you may have.
